Great spot for the price!

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard king room. Clean and comfy, the staff was super friendly! The bed was massive, perfect for stretching out. The area’s a bit sketchy at night, though, so keep that in mind. Loved having an OXXO nearby for late-night snacks. Oh, and the menu from the restaurant downstairs was pretty decent!

Construction noise from the site next door is unbearable early in the morning!!! The soundproofing is so poor that you hear screaming children from the hall and passing buses outside!!!

We had a fantastic time at the kids' club where the little ones enjoyed arts and crafts while my older kids explored the surroundings. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere and close proximity to fun attractions made our family trip memorable!

My kids wished for a pool to cool off in after a day of exploring.

However, the shower cabin didn’t seal properly, causing some water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

The location is prime, close to attractions and the metro, making it easy to explore. We loved the daily room cleaning and the cozy vibe of our Standard King Room!

Our Standard Queen Room was clean with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Daily bottled water was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a small heads up—bring a flashlight for the uneven streets at night.

I loved that we were just a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful Alameda Central park, and the nearby Palacio de Bellas Artes was stunning at night. it made our strolls so memorable.
