Great spot for the price!
I stayed for 2 nights in a standard king room. Clean and comfy, the staff was super friendly! The bed was massive, perfect for stretching out. The area’s a bit sketchy at night, though, so keep that in mind. Loved having an OXXO nearby for late-night snacks. Oh, and the menu from the restaurant downstairs was pretty decent!

Construction noise from the site next door is unbearable early in the morning!!! The soundproofing is so poor that you hear screaming children from the hall and passing buses outside!!!

We had a fantastic time at the kids' club where the little ones enjoyed arts and crafts while my older kids explored the surroundings. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere and close proximity to fun attractions made our family trip memorable!
My kids wished for a pool to cool off in after a day of exploring.

comfortable stay but minor issues
The room was very clean and cozy, making for a pleasant retreat after long days. The staff consistently went out of their way to assist, with one even recalling my name. I enjoyed the close proximity to the Alameda and Bellas Artes, which made exploring easy.
However, the shower cabin didn’t seal properly, causing some water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

would happily go back again
The location is central and super close to attractions like Alameda Park and Zócalo. Our Standard Queen Room was clean with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Daily bottled water was nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Just a small heads up—bring a flashlight for the uneven streets at night.

It was just a fine choice for a hurried visit in Mexico City with good value. The staff were friendly and provided help whenever needed, even when the restaurant was unexpectedly closed on a Sunday morning. Be prepared for some noise as the window opening can be quite loud.

We explored the nearby attractions and enjoyed the local bars. The staff was super friendly and even added an extra towel for us without being asked. Just a heads up, the bathroom floor can get a bit wet when you shower.
One downside was that the shower cabin didn't close completely, leading to some water on the bathroom floor.

The Standard King Room was nice and clean, with a comfy bed. I liked that there were two sets of window blinds to block out light, which is awesome for sleeping in. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had hot water every time. Only downside was the room felt a bit stuffy at times, and I noticed some outdated features. Overall, it was a decent place to crash.
